offhand
is healing BOE , the one you got is dps version but its very cheap
and some heroic here and there drops
you going to need much more spellpower (1300 is very low)

You have almost no enchants. a lot of enchants are going very cheap by people who are trying to level. Take advantage fo them. Get the head enchant from wyrmrest seeing as you already have the rep with them. Put some gems in the empty sockets. Especially the meta.
