Naxx 10 is a lot more about knowing the dances than having gear. That said... At the very least you should get some enchants done - you have the needed reputation for the low level shoulder inscription and the dps arcanum for your helm.

For naxx 10, you should be good. You may want to work a bit more hit rating into your set. You want 9%, but you aren't horrible. You are mainly lacking enchants. Specifically, weapon, bracer, and glove enchants.
I'm wearing my heroic dps gear, I sacrifice a bit of hit rating for more attack power, but you can see where my stats are. I generally do 2300 dps in naxx 25, and I'm close to the bottom of the chart in my gear.... I've been pushing my holy set pretty hard, and now I really need to work on my ret set. Especially since I'm going to be doing arena very soon.
