Stat priority for survival is:
Agility > Hit till cap > Haste (till 1.66-1.67 sec Cobra Shots) > Crit > Mastery > Haste
This basically means that you can pretty much ignore socket bonusses for the most part and go with 40 agility gems in order to maximize your agility. Reforge/enchant your gear until you have Cobra Shots of 1.66-1.67 seconds and have as close to +8% hit chance.
The following (Survival PVE) spec has 2 spare points for either Careful Aim or Sic 'Em:

3/3 One With Nature seems to good to pass up since Hawk got buffed.

Disengage is a great way to move around quickly, with the glyph it's cooldown is just 16 seconds.
Do note that Marksmanship does better single target DPS and is better suited for PvPing (Readiness and Silencing Shot). Survival pulls ahead on AoE damage though.

Lemoslab's spec is pretty much perfect pve SV dps really, as said Rapid Killing is useless on most boss fights and nobody cares about trash. As Delaios says, MM is better single target DPS currently and better in PVP, SV is better on certain fights where you need to aoe down adds however.
Oh how I wish we could have 3 specs, so I could have MM pve, SV AOE and my MM pvp spec...though tbh, I'd probably leave the SV AOE spec out and have a BM vanity spec....I hate not being able to pose in Org with my pimp spirit beasts while waiting on queues! ;p
P.S. MM will be getting a big increase in AOE power in the next patch, with a 250% increase in multishot damage, making SV AOE specs not really needed for any fights. I'd expect some downing of SV AOE to follow this change, since the increase in multishot + serpent spread would make for some huge SV AOE damage.
