You skipped mana tide. I find I can usually get at least 2 ticks out of it in 5v5 if I run around a pillar or on the other side of the lordaeran sarcophagus.
Are you only pvping, or are you planning on some instances and/or kara/za as well? 8/0/53 has gotten me to 2020 in 2v2 and 1900ish in the other two brackets, and I only do about 10 games a week.
