Please stop abusing punctuation and caps... To answer your question:

10 - bear form (lvl to get the quest)
16 - aquatic form (lvl to get the quest)
20 - cat form
30 - travel form
40 - dire bear form
40 - moonkin form (if you've spent all talent pts in balance)
50 - tree of life (if you've spent all talent pts in restoration)
68 - flight form
70 - swift flight form (also need riding 300 to get the quest)

You didn't even tell if you're nelf or tauren so I can just direct you to druid quests list.
