So i got my 75 triumphs and a trophy but i cannot decide what piece of T9 to get. My armory is

Im considering the helm because I need the expertise but the legs are appealing as well. Any input is appreciated. I just know whatever i buy I will get something better or equal the next day. Ill run ony 25 and get the helm or 25 TOC and get the legs. I hate choosing lol
