First off, you're not that well geared. Do some Ulduar to improve it! Also, check your shot rotation, you may be doing something wrong there. Study the talents, if you haven't noticed yet, you have 1 talent that improves all dps against targets affilicted with Serpent Sting, so remember to always keep that up.

Get rid of the blue gem in your chest. Hunters do not need mp5 and agility is better for survival. You are hit capped, which is good, so you can focus the rest of your gemming and enchanting into agility, which you should be stacking whenever possible without dipping below hit cap.
Shot priority should be (unless it has changed) Kill Shot -> Explosive Shot -> Black Arrow -> Serpent Sting -> Aimed/Multi Shot -> Steady Shot. Whenever Kill Shot is active, drop everything you are doing and use it immediately. ES is used before BA in order to set the CD in motion so you can use it again after going through the rotation once. Serpent Sting should always be kept up since you do the extra damage against mobs afflicted with it. When Lock and Load procs you should focus specifically on using them (although you can weave shots in between if you feel like it, I never have a problem with the GCD when I do).
Your gear is decent although there is always room for improvement. Even with it, you should be able to pull a decent amount of DPS with what you have. Try getting another trinket since the two you have right now don't stack (although they don't share an internal CD) and you are wasting a slot on it.
The biggest thing about hunters is to pay attention to your procs. Lock and Load is a huge boost in your dps and you have to be mindful not to clip your ticks from it. The other thing is watching and keeping your pet alive. Even as Survival your pet is a pretty huge part of your dps, especially if you have a wolf. Know when to keep him out of combat completely and roll mend pet on him if he's taking some damage.
