Need help with DPS, Damage,etc etc

I have a level 84 Combat Rogue character. It's my highest.. and I have no other 80s. I'm a newbie at this game and knowing everything. Hoping for some help... or point me to somewhere that will answer my questions..
My item level is: 312

First of all: Reforge that hit/expertise into mastery and haste. Those are your two primary stats other than Agi. Drop glyph of evisc and revealing strike and get SnD and Adrenaline Rush. For majors: Drop blind, crippling, and gouge and get Tricks of the trade, blade flurry, and either sprint or feint (i recommend feint once u get into heroics).

First of all: Reforge that hit/expertise into mastery and haste.
Mastery is *!@# for combat atm. Expertise is good. Better than haste until the cap.
