In the future, please do not double post. If you wish to locate a thread of yours that you can no longer find, you have at least two options:
1.) At the top of the page, to lower far-right of the WoWHead logo is a link reading your account name. Clicking on this link should lead to your previous posts, comments, and threads.
2.) This forum has a search feature. To find your thread with this feature, select the search bar directly to the right of the "New Topic" button and type in the name of the thread you are looking for.

You can always ask a guard for directions in the main cities. Just chase one down, right click on them, and they'll give you directions and a handy little arrow on your map to send you off to trainers or other places of note in the city.
