i think this is the order you should try
serpent sting, steady shot, arcane shot, steady shot, aimed shot, serpent sting, chimera shot, (below 20% hp) kill shot

first off you have talent points in talents you really dont need like silencing shot and ranged weapon spec. you are missing go for the throat for your pets focus regen and focus aim for your hit rating, which is important.
i would do this....
