This alone would be an improvement (if you're attached to AP - PoM). I really wanted to squeeze Emp AM in, but unless you want to drop a point from Arcane Potency and a point from Arcane Mind to put 2 in Emp AM... Not a biggy, since that's Arcane DPS, and you're a Pyro.

You can also play with the 3 points in MoE as opposed to Imp Scorch. I'd probably lean toward Imp Scorch, but that's more choice. Would not suggest splitting the points (if you do, 2 into Scorch and 1 into MoE, probably).

However, I'd also recommend the cookie cutter 10/48/3. That last point up top is basically 2 / 3 points in Impact.
