I think you should move a couple of points around.

You really dont need 3/3 in EW and 5/5 in Hunting Party. You will be critting enough where they will be active enough for the raid/group. I dont think you also need Scattershot. its not as good as it used to be. you should take sniper training and survival tactics.

so i think it should be more like this if you arent at the hit cap

Any reason why you avoid Noxious Stings?

Serpent is going to be up almost all the time - 3% damage is nothing to sniff at.

true, 3% is a good amount, but it isnt enough for me to take wyvern sting. so to me, its taking 4 talent points to get 3% to serpent sting. while i have nothing wrong with WS, i would rather take something else that will help in DPS.

crap, i forgot about the 5/5 in IAotH. in that case, take the points i put in effeincy.

with this, you can also take points out of mortal shot to put into careful aim to help reach hit cap.

I cant believe i see those words here, i dont think i will see them again for a long time to come.
