I might possibly suggesting getting rid of the
Glyph of Death & Decay. My personal experience - and I am by no means an expert - is that I don't use Death & Decay that much compared to Howling Blast, even when tanking. It's three runes, long cooldown...it just doesn't seem to mesh as well. If you are using Death & Decay frequently, then, sure, it's all good. I'm just saying that I don't really use it that much.
Glyphs for
Obliterate or
Rune Strike might be more useful. You might be able to move those two points in Unholy into Bladed Armor, then.
It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to use that one Nightime in your main hand until you get something else for the offhand.
This
ring (for Valor badges, I think) is a solid one, and should hold until you get whatever you're going for. Normal
ToCh and
Forge of Souls have better pants. I wouldn't recommend getting an epic leg enchantment for what you're wearing now.
Your hit is kind of low. Granted, most tanks don't stack for hit, but you're under 2%. For that reason, I might also mention looking at the
belt in normal ToCh, again.
Some of the armor changes will probably cause your defense to dip. This is another reason to get the shoulder and head enchantments. Which--
Wait, did you do the Sons of Hodir quest chain? I'm only asking because I don't see any Sons of Hodir rep on your armory profile. You should, both for the rewards and for the quest. Drakkensyrd, alone, is like, ten kinds of awesome.
But, yeah. Keep at it. Also, heroic Halls of Reflection is just not easy to tank. Don't take that as an indictment of your playing skills. It ain't no joke.
Another reason to get rid of that Abyssal Rune trinket? You will undoubtedly group, at some point, with a caster. They will see that trinket, look at your class, and then, their heads will explode.
