Need to go into dungeon for Paladin Q, but it's not on LFG list

I'm currently doing the Paladin epic mount quest, and I'm suppose to go into Dire Maul to fight this creature.
Now, how am I suppose to do this when the quest isn't on the LFG list? I'm lvl 64 and don't have any other quests for Dire Maul. The only reasonable way I see is that I ask someone in the guild to help me out or whine in /4.
Is there an easier way, something I might have missed, or is this quest kind of stupid?

Is that the exact same mount? If so, why haven't they removed the old quest if it's redundant?

For the awesomeness of it?
I am planning on doing mine, regardless, and did the dreadsteed chain on my lock.

What is awesome about spending more than 350g on redundancy?

It said in patch notes a few patches ago about Dreadsteed and Charger being able to be bought at 61 and Epic Flight Form for druids being bought at 71.
The quests are still in game for those who either don't have the expansion required, or want to go through the pain and trouble of experiencing what Warlocks, Paladins, and Druids before them experienced.

Are you SURE it's Dire Maul? I had to go into Stratholme. Did they change the quest?
The warlock one was in Dire Maul when we were going after our epic mount quests.
Edit: Nevermind I figured out that the Horde and Alliance paladin quests are different. Duh. :-)

I think they should make it more evident that it's more or less optional, so that people aren't fooled into wasting lots of time and gold.

The quest is fun, the instances are rarely run, and the lore is interesting.
Oh, and you save over 100G if you paid 350G, the riding skill cost 460 at exalted.

Also it isn't redundant... some people only have vanilla WoW. And as dhampir said, it can save you on gold rather than time and effort. It depends which you have more of to spare.
In answer to your original question, only quests that come under the dungeon heading are shown in LFG, some quests are in a dungeon but are in a different category and hence not shown.

I assumed it cost less since that was the case with the Warhorse. Thanks for clearing that up.
