Needing a basic guide to new talent trees

Hello,
I've not really played for a good few months and am coming back to the game with MoP, however,, I see a completely redesigned talent tree and I wondered if there was a guide to the new basics (Enhancement) that I should read up on first. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Icy Veins looks like a great site, thanks for that link.
Going over my Shaman, trying to remember how to play the game, I cant find how to drop four totems at once. Has this ability been dropped?

Yes, that ability is gone. Totems are now short cooldown utilities, not just buffs.
