Purely theoretical, since I have yet to level my bank, but I would spec as follows:

From my experience at level 70 priority should be stam then dodge/agi. Not sure how this has changed at level 80.
My understanding is that there are some excellently itemised craftable armour items for bears, so you might want to obtain these.
And remember, practice makes perfect. LK heroics are substantially harder then their normal equivalents, most likely to provide the ultra casuals with mini raids they can clear in an hour or so play time.

I think it depends on who's pulling aggro off you.
If it's your DPS then you need to gear up for more threat generation.
If it's your healers then you need to focus more on damage mitigation.
