get rid of the stam buff on your gem slot. Look up enchants. Their are alot of little things you can do to increase everything just by adding certain enchants.

Do your best to ignore those who tell you to get hit capped. Don't. Is your hit a bit low? Yes. Do you really need 295 hit? No! Get to about160 hit. This will get you 5% less chance to miss the target. You'll find this 'soft cap' a good compromise between good accuracy and not having to add +hit gems to your gear. Even under the cap, strength will benefit you more than hit will, this was a change made since patch 3, so some ret pallies are still living in the past.. All you're trying to do with hit is ensure your hitting bosses a reasonable amount of times.
less +hit gems/enchants = more + str gems/enchants = a happy ret pally :D
Don't go for waay to much crit either. As was the case with hit, take it as it comes. Don't go out of your way for it.
Moral of the Post: Stick with the crit and hit that comes with your gear. This should eventually get you to 160hit and 25% crit. Then, stack the hell out of Strength.
Hope this helps.
