Nope... just install Cataclysm and you're good to go.
You can also copy > paste your old WoW folder, but I've never tried it, so I don't know how foolproof it is.

If you copy from PC to Mac, WOW will not work.
Do a fresh install.
But.
You can copy Interface folder with all addons from PC to Mac and they will work.
Not sure about WTF folder but give it a try and copy that too. If it works, congrats, you don't need to reconfigure your addons

The easiest way is to just download the installer from your battle.net account and then run all the updates. I had to wipe my hard drive a few months ago and found it much easier to install this way. Plus by downloading the installer you skip installing redundant data as your WotLK CD will have WoW 3.X on it where has downloading the Cata installation data will give you 4.X straight away and will be much quicker to update.
