Either in 3.0.8 which is being released... sometime(?) or in another Patch that will come later. Check the Patch Notes for 3.0.8 and see if the Dances are there.

i would assume dances are minor and low on blizzards "to-do" list. meaning it wont be here anytime soon. I would be surprised if it were brought on 3.1
on a side note, i hope they add the thriller dance for DKs, or at least their zombies. you /dance and the zombie joins in unison. that would be epic
