Honestly, there isn't that many of them. There might be one every week or so. And since General gets enough traffic, plenty of people will see it and offer their help. Thus, no need to make a forum for it.
And pretty soon, they plan on compressing some of the forums. I believe they might just make it WoW General and do away with the Help forum. Same for other parts of the forums. Several of them are really lacking in the amount of content, like many of the class forums are.

I believe Ashelia has indeed said she wants to condense the current forums; I do not believe they have any intentions of adding really any new ones.
The forum traffic is too low these days if I recall the reason provided.

Perhaps you're correct. I thought she said she was against those though which is why I think hatman555 was doing the Spotlight threads.
