Hi all -
I need a stroke of luck and a lot of advice - or maybe vice versa. I recently (today) arrived in South Korea because I landed a contract working here for a year or two. Now, of course, I realized my account would be 'locked' due to suspicious activity - however, when I try to unlock it, it texts the cell phone that is registered to the account.
And I'm not getting the text at all, which is going to end up costing me because the carrier's international rates are not wallet-friendly. In any case, I resent the text a couple of times (still no text on my mobile), and now I'm kind of stuck in a well whathaf**k do I do now sort of deal. I can't submit a ticket because I can't log into my battle.net, and I can't login to my battle.net because the text message isn't coming through. Is there any way to fix this without having to jump through hoops or make phone calls that will cost me an arm a minute? Please help!
I've written this like four times, annoying!
Okay, quick facts:
1. Got a job overseas.
2. Moved overseas.
3. Account locked, of course, suspicious activity, blah blah.
4. Semi-restricted phone w International Plan.
5. Cannot log into battle.net
6. Cannot receive mobile text verification to reset battle.net password
7. Someone help me, please.
I would be glad to go into more detail if WoWHead didn't keep telling me my thread is being deleted.(##RESPBREAK##)136##DELIM##hatman555##DELIM##I put your two posts together. Sorry you experienced the posting bug!

You can call the UK customer service number from Skype, free of charge.

Did you know that you can use Skype to call our Support for Free?
Simply install Skype on your computer or phone and use it to dial +44 800 0288246. Skype does not charge you for calls to +44 800 numbers even from outside the UK!
