"Your Swiftmend spell causes healing flora to sprout beneath the target, restoring health equal to 12% of the amount healed by your Swiftmend to the three most injured targets within 0 yards, every 1 sec for 7 sec."
Question is, does that mean it'll heal each player 12% of SM each second? (so it'll heal 3 players for 84% after 7 secs) or will it be split equally between the 3 players?

3 sec CD
I honestly like it, it means we no longer push the castsequence button of swipe and thrash and it also means we finally have a real aoe "rotation" (swipe, thrash, swipe, demo roar or mangle, swipe, thrash,...)
EDIT: looks like both tooltips aren't updated if you use them as spell, so I'll add the changes

The swiftmend changes are both good and bad, imo. On stuff like chim, it severly reduces your total output, seeing as only affecting 3 targets, but on the other hand, it heals for more than double the normal amunt(a lot more if critting) on those 3. Good tradeoff, imo. In 5mans, your swiftmends will be godlike. Will post actual numbers later tonight ;P

The Efflorescence change is pretty sweet for 10 men Nefarian phase 2, when you only have three people on one column.

I see what you did there ;P
Point was if SWIFTMEND crits, then so the tics would be higher.
I never meant the tics themselves critting.

The other question with the change to Efflorescence is whether it's going to behave as a 'smart' heal like tranq does, such that if after 2 ticks the 'three most injured targets' aren't the same anymore, will it start healing others? I'd assume it will, which makes it seem just about as good as the way it is now, since it's essentially a mini-tranq with a substantially shorter cooldown.
Also: if this buff does scale with haste as indicated, and does so the same as all other spells, it will scale like Wild Growth, with the first extra tick at 7.14% (2.04% with 5% buff) haste, the second at 21.43% (15.65% with 5% buff), and the third at 35.71% (29.25% with 5% buff).
