Looks really nice, and I do think a rebalancing makes sense. The tauren health bonus scales a little to powerfully for tanks at the moment, it isn't supposed to be the only viable MT race.
The nelf stuff looks
very
powerful though, especially 2% miss may be a bit over the top for tanking. Human feign death is kinda lol, but I won't complain as long as it isn't usable as an in-fight threat dump.

I like the vast majority of changes, they were buffs across the board for the most part.
The stupid useless resist bonuses a lot of races got are now at least semi-useful
, nelves get an extra percent of dodge compared to Live, which I like for my dagger combat rogue and the new
Unfair Advantage
, plus it means taking a little less damage as well.
Uhm, the stupid resist bonuses are about as good as the new miss bonuses. 10 resist at level 70 provides on average just over 2% damage avoidance via resist. The main difference is in PvP, where people will have more benefit from spell hit chance to overcome these racials but less benefit from spell penetration since there is no racial resistance to overcome.

Blood Elves have a 2% magic equivalent as the Night Elves--- its not OP.
Ah nuts, hadn't seen that (it wasn't in what I read on worldofraids - this should teach me something about what sources to rely on).

Why do the belves get a chance to resist ALL schools of spells for a racial for 2% while other classes have only 1 school to resist for 2%. If its only one school it really should be a higher miss chance then the all around protection racial.

Beta.
It reduces the chance to be hit, not the actual damage if you are hit.
Also, regarding the human FD racial, the threat is back up as soon as you are back to life, so that's pretty much only a lifesaver if you pull aggro off your tank, and it will give him a few precious seconds to grab aggroz back.
