Mmmm, I believe shaman could use a water element totem that was offensive,

Summons a Frost Nova Totem that has 5 health and lasts 5 sec. Unless it is destroyed within 4 sec., the totem inflicts 12 to 38 frost damage on all enemies in range freezing them in place for 10 seconds, Any damage caused during this time may interrupt this effect.
Perhaps a weapon spell for casters would be one that restored mana upon hitting your target if it procs.
