So I heard the next patch will have new sigils. Does anyone know any of the stats for them, and where you get there? Especially if there's any from Venture Bay PVP.

That tanking sigil is very meh... Since it is a chance on IT you would still have to go in at the cap
Compared to some of the pallys Librams it's even worse, one of their equivelents is +350ish block for every judgement, not a chance of some defense rating for one ability

It has a 30 second up time, no CD, and 100% proc chance. I can confirm this as I have tested it on the PTR, so basically it's a +11 def constantly. Really it's 10.78% but, doesn't matter.
