How about this.
Improved Grounding Totem (Restoration)
Gives your Grounding totem a 10% chance to resist a spell.
That would be great! I'd love to see another healing spell and possibly wind shock.

Simple enough for me: Change some of the enhancement tree so that enhance becomes more pvp friendly.
Some changes could include:
Replace
Shield Specialization
with:
Improved Rockbiter
: Increases the damage per second bonus of Rockbiter Weapon by
X%
(whatever the number is to make it viable for offhand buffing). In addition, attacks made with Rockbiter Weapon have a chance to stun the target for
X
(make it balanced) . This effect cannot occur more than once every 10 seconds. (maybe reduce cooldown).
Change
Ancestral Knowledge
to:
Ancestral Power
: Increases your maximum mana by 1/2/3/4/5%. In addition, your melee critical strike cause you to regenerate mana equal to
X%
of your strength. (make it so its balanced).
But my ideal end tier talent would be:
Bladestorm: Your next 3 melee attacks strike two additional foes for weapon damage +
X%
additional nature damage.
OR
Windwalk: You fade into the wind, turning invisible for a maximum of 5 seconds and removing all movement impairing effects and effects which cause you to lose control of your character. Your next attack has it's damage increased by 20%.
OR
Windwalk: You run with the wind at your target, if it is an enemy your next attack against that target has it's damage increased by 20%. If your target is friendly then the next heal done by that target to you is increased by 20%. 15 second cooldown.

another possibility for improved chain lightning:
Increases maximum number of jumps from the chain lightning spell by 1/2, reduces damage lost from each jump by 7%/15% and reduces the cooldown by 0,5sec/1sec

Wind Shock
650 Mana
Instant Cast 32 sec CD(30 with reverb)
Send a powerful rush of air at target that knocks them off their feet for 2(maybe add a 2 point talent buffing from 2 to 4 second knockdown effect or make it base 3 seconds knockdown and 5 seconds with talent.) Which guarantees melee critical strikes for the duration of the knockdown (similar to how sitting guarantee critical strikes) and deals xxx Physical damage (can be mitigated by armor im thinking hits plate for 200-350 and cloth for 650-800)
I would think that this balances it out fairly well with the larger CD so it cant be spammed over and over in pvp and it gives us a "O &*!@" skill that may prove useful in certain dire circumstances within a raid/instance. 2-5 seconds may not be much but it could give you time to at least get a heal off while increasing the dps on said target. And since its physical damage maybe make it scale with your attack power but i wouldnt want to see it hit for too much extra damage becuase its already a fairly powerful skill for arena/pvp and wed have more people screaming OMGZ NURF TEH SHAMANZ
