well as far as macros with spells/items that trigger GCD need to be done with castsequece as far as i know
ex: /castsequence spell1, spell2, spell3
it just casts spell 1, then press again for spell 2, and so on, resets at the end
and as far as helping with other macros, need to know what it is that your unclear on to try to help
