Yeah, NoHeals is right on that one... I specced blackout (5/5) and took Shadow Focus (3/5) afterwards, but I'm a pvp priest. If all your looking for is a good grinding / levelling talent then I would definately suggest you take Spirit Tap, drastically reduces downtime between kills... I just didn't want to respec every 10 levels =D
Edit:// Just an additional note, stunlocking things with lucky blackout procs = priceless. If you are interested in killing other players, definately take this. Otherwise, go with what everyone agrees on - "Spirit tap. Spirit tap. Spirit tap."

You have a fever and the only cure is MORE SPIRIT TAP.
Quicker mana recovery is your friend when grinding.
