Newb Poison question

I'm a lvl 34 orc rogue. I have Instant Poison II, Deadly Poison, Crippling Poison, and Mind-numbing Poison. I was wondering which poisons I should have on which hands.

I guess first would be for regular questing, and the second would be for instances. Any help would be, well, helpful lol. Thank you.

You can and should use wound poison. Use it on both weapons if you're soloing. When instancing, use wound main-hand, deadly off-hand.

If you are having trouble with mobs running away and pulling a whole group of their friends, use crippling on off hand. (If you stunlock them you shouldn't have this problem.)

I've got fairly good about stun locking enemies, only time I use crippling poison is when I BG lvl from *7-*0 in each bracket.
