Newbie question re changing talents.

Hello,
I've been happily levelling my Shaman and enjoying myself but there are plenty of mechanics of the game that I still am unsure about. Could anyone please give me the basics on re-spec'ing talents?
Specifically - I'm at lvl 81 now and there I have a couple of talent points spent early on that I regret taking. What are my options for ditching them and spending those points elsewhere in the tree instead?
Also, I see that we have two talent trees available (two tabs on the right of the talent tree page). Does this mean that I can have two totally different specs (e.g. restoration and enhancement) and switch between the two if I fancy playing a healer for a bit? If so, how do I re-spend my talents in my second tree? I suppose I'd need a full set of different gear to be effective but other than that is it an option? Is there a trainer or something that I need to visit?

top tip.
Go into interface and then features and turn "preview talent changes" on.
Saves you paying gold if you make a mistake.
