Nope. Why miss out on the new content? imo 70 - 74 in Northrend was the most fun lvling I've had since my days in Dustwallow. Epic lore quests in Dragonblight. Not to mention Icecrown at 78. Also, who are you gonna get to raid with you? I'm pretty sure your entire server 70+ is lvling in Northrend. I mean.... for the last year or so they've been raiding those same raids over and over and over, I don't think they'd want to do it again. I personally couldn't stand another Kara run right now. Maybe at 80 just for kicks.

Finding the small number of people who would be willing to raid with you will be hard enough, but on top of that you must also find;
players with good enough gear to begin raiding in the first place!
which was sometimes tedious in random PUG's in BC anyway.
BC raids will be for the kicks/achievements now, just like classic raids were for the BC raiders.
