Not updating Recipes/Titles [Partial Fix found]

Long story short, I did a server and faction transfer for my DK. Since then, my 'new' character's recipes and titles are not being updated on the profiler.

My old character: http://www.wowhead.com/profile=us.rexxar.cryptwidget

'New' character after server/faction move: http://www.wowhead.com/profile=us.earthen-ring.kalnuf

- I have deleted and reinstalled the Wowhead addon twice.
- I've cleared out the Wowhead cache in Program data
- I'm making sure that I'm opening all of my recipe windows prior to using the /wl collect command.

Performing the fix outlined in the following thread fixed the recipe issue:

Still need a fix for the Titles though.
