'Notable Guide' and 'Popular Guide' Site Achievements

Both the 'notable guide' and 'popular guide' site achievements show that they can 'be earned multiple times' yet are only awarded the first time.
Not sure if it's an issue with the achievement or a typographical error in the achievement text.

When we say multiple times, we mean that it can be earned once per guide (but for multiple guides). If that's not happening, can you link me an account where they have been unable to earn the achievement for their multiple guides?
