I know nothing about DK so I'll give some tips for druid healing.
1st: right now, druids are the wort healers in arenas. The lack of resillience will result in a quick and painful death if stunned and focused in caster, cat or travel form. I highly suggest resillience gems and savage set.
2nd: General strat: start in steath and get some distance. Let your partner grab attention. Start CC the non focused opponent ( roots for melee, cyclone for casters ) and throw some hots at your partner.
If you are focused by melee dps: survive the melee range by switching to bear, dont be afraid to use barkskin and nature's grasp. The dangerous moment: you need to switch to travel form and GET OUT. After reaching a safe distance, hots-swiftmend. While you are focused, your partner have 2 possibilities.
If he know you'll be fine by yourself, he must put a maximum of pressure to force the opposite team to go on defensive.
If he think you are in trouble, he must "peel off" one of the dps. "peeling off" means stoping a melee to reach you. As a dk, you have some options like Death Grip or Chains of Ice.
Once you are on offensive, simply stop the non focused target to help the focused target ( Cyclones, roots, etc... ) and keep your partner alive.
Dealing with ranged dps use the same basics ( peeling off, surviving, etc... ) but with different tools.
The best tool to cancel ranged dps is Line of sight. Try to put an obstacle between you and the range dps ( a pillar, a tomb, etc... ). Heal when you are safe and keep running with travel form to keep this obstacle between you and the ranged dps.
Dealing with CCs, as a druid there's some CCs that wont affect you like polymorph. Your worts enemies are stuns and fears. Knowing when to break them while come with experience.
