Greg caught Eva and helped her to stand firmly. Afterwards he looked around once again - only this time he was aware of several tall figures clad in plate armor.
"Greetings, draenei. I am Gregory Mandrake and I do believe my companion and I have an appointmet with The Prophet."

Søren inspected the portal for a couple minutes, then smiled. "Sonyar, come here. I need you." Sonyar hurried up to the high cultist. "What do you require of me, Betrayer?" he asked. "Look at the wall Sonyar, tell me what you see." Sonyar turned and bent closer to the wall.
"I don't really see anything out of th- urgh!" His sentence cut off as Søren plunged his hidden dagger into Sonyar's neck, pressing him against the wall and ripping the blade out through the side of his neck. Sonyar groaned and slid down the wall, his blood covering the runes, until they began to shine with a sickly green light. Søren smiled and triggered his comm. unit. "Jerzak, the portal is ready to go. A blood sacrifice sped it up nicely." "*Ksshz* Roger that Søren. Anybody important?" Søren replied, "No sir. Just a council member. Easily replaced." As he said that, the wall crumbled in on itself, and exploded outward in a surge of energy. There, in front of him, was a rift in reality.

Greg managed to keep a poker-face with a considerable amount of respect and awe.
"We shall do whatever we can, Your Eminence. The truth is, we are in need of your help, particularly in need of a source of power reliable enough to keep our technologies fully functional. I ask you therefore, Your Eminence - is there any chance you shall share your secrets of inter-stellar traveling?"
'Geez, I'm not doing it right. At all. Must be the portal thingie... I'll give it a try anyway.'

S'thop called into the mind of the fleeing protoss, he noticed the leader protoss running towards him, perhaps the same powerplay might have an effect on her.
He froze her in her place with the same mixture of telepathy and arcane as he did with the first.
"You are all doomed"
he whispered menacingly
"Power is within your graps"
he said as he assaulted her mind with the same images and dark thoughts that he did the first protoss, but only this time, he showed the dark templer accepting his deal and becoming mutated,
'It is only a matter of time..."
he said as he picked himself up and limped into the tunnel.

Avea's hands instinctively launched to her head as she could not move to charge the fleeing monster. As the images passed by she held her ground, yet when the dark templar was shown her echoed voice spat, "...traitor..."
She looked up at the faceless, and attempted to overcome her bonds and followed after the retreating creatures, "I will finish this!"

he snarled as he sapped a large portion of the protosses life and continued into the tunnel, raising a weak barrier that would only withstand long enough for them to set up ambush sites.

Avea took a few hurried breaths, feeling herself becoming weaker suddenly. She was not sure why, but was certain it had something to do with the leader of the creatures. She slammed herself against the barrier, cutting at it with her psi blades, trying desparately to cut through.
