Is there a way i can make my pet follow me better?
I often get too far away from him because he is attacking and doesn't follow me.
Also, I've seen videos of people using time warp in Arenas...I've never been able to use time warp in arena. Is it just me? or did this change in a patch and I'm looking at old videos?

Get used to spamming pet follow when you want to go somewhere and your elemental is busy attacking something. I have it bound to F2, could be the default bind, not sure.
Bloodlust in all it's current forms were indeed usable in arenas in the past - this was patched and is no longer possible, so yeah, you're looking at old videos. Wiz(z)ard cleaves were a bit out of control with bloodlust.
