I was just trying different weapons and trinket setups, and I came up with the one show in my armory
here
.
I usually dual-wield two
Vulmirs
and use a different ( and weaker ) trinket wich sets me at just a nice 26/26 expertise and 371 hit rating.
Wanting to use a better trinket and use a
frostblade hatchet
, I dropped 1 Vulmir.
Now, as shown in Armory, I have 27/22 expertise. My question is: will I get a big dps loss from this ? In other words, is it a big deal to lack 4 expertise in the offhand ?

This question was just asked in another thread.
You're an Orc. You get 5 expertise when you use an Axe (1.25%). You have an axe equipped in your MH and not your OH. Thus, the discrepency in numbers.
To the OP: Mehhhhhh. Without bothering to look at Armory, you're probably at 6% expertise or 5.75% expertise in your OH. While not the worst thing in the world, it could easily be remedied with an Exp/Stam gem in your legs instead of the AP/Stam gem. That is, if you really want to make sure you're at cap on your OH.

In general, your off-hand expertise cap isn't worth gemming for. Once you've hit the main hand cap, that's enough. In your case, I'd say this is especially true if you're dropping the expertise trinket which has a ton of wasted states for shaman. For what it's worth, I'm an orc.
If you want to be sure, check around the EJ threads. I think I remember Rouncer being the one who had mentioned this.
Also, a +6 stats enchanted tear is better than both the blues are you using.
