Opinion needed for pvp healing, returning wow player

Title says it all.

I am a returning player (last played WoW in WotLK) who has dedicated around 3 years of WoW into pvp healing. Done my homework and seen the changes in traits and skills. Now I was just wondering if you guys have any opinions on which class fares better in pvp (particularly rated BGs) in terms of survivavibility, cc, etc?

Any opinions appreciated. Thanks guys :)

Bad time to ask those. We don't know how level 90 PvP is (what currently is happening will vastly change once poeple start levelling). What sounds great on paper may not fit the metagame all that well, and the opposite is also true.

There really isn't a best healer of all time. Some compositions favor certain healers. Some are more popular and inflate the number of healers present. Not to mention people don't even have access to Monks yet.

There is no answer now. And even if there is an answer on a per-season basis, there is no generic answer. (Priests were absolute trash during the first season of Cataclysm, but times got way better and they became far more viable, for example.)

I would roll with what I like. Patches keep swinging the balance too heavilly for rolling for a specific dominant class.
