well, you're missing out on key talents from Fury since you went so deep in arms, but I am a little at loss on what to say since you didn't tell us what weapons you're using...
Presuming you're using a 2-hand (yay!), then you can go over to Enrage or 2-hand specialization & get your kicks. Regardless, there's 2-3 ways you can go...but really the only one involving protection (3+) would be a wacky Arena spec with Last Stand (I don't follow Arena much). That would of course, only be for Arena really. It would likely disappoint you elsewhere.
My favorites are Imp. MS with Endless Rage or you can go down Fury so you can pick up Flurry (this means losing your Tactical Mastery).
