If you search for "paladin trainer" here on wowhead you should get a list of all the paladin trainers in the game :)

Notice the yellow-dot on the map that indicates this NPC's location. This incredibly useful feature is just one of the many things one can do with the WoWHead website beyond posting.
Additionally, for future NPC locating concerns, ask a guard of the city you are looking for an NPC in.
