Paladins Healed More by Glyph of Power Word: Shield?

I've noticed that, since 3.3, there is a major difference between shielding a Paladin tank and a non-Paladin tank. (I'm not entirely sure if its just paladin's in general, but I know its at least Protection Paladins) A normal Glyph of Power Word: Shield will heal for about 1500 hundred. On a crit, it will heal about 2k.
Normally.
On a Paladin, however, it consistently heals for at least 3k on a crit. The normal heal, non-crit, is still the same, but the crit is healing for more. I've tried it with Grace, without Grace, and all of the other heals don't seem to be healing any more than they should.
Has anyone else noticed this? What do you think could be causing it?

Yeah, but I doubt that counts for 1000 additional healing from the shield, especially since it doesn't do the same for rouges or feral druids.

However that being said, could it have been a Trinket proc or something by chance, like a "chance to increase spell power" or you were still under a Use trinket effect.I actually wasn't using any spell power trinkets like that at the moment, but I was using Lightweave on my cape.
I don't think that could be it, though, because its not just a 'one-time' thing, it happens every single time I crit-bubble a Pally tank, and doesn't happen every single time I bubble anyone else that's tanking.
kinda strange, but i wouldnt run off to blizzard telling them one of our spells are healing for too much.Lol. But fair is fair, I guess.

for a jump in 1000 healing by a glyph means something is wrong somewhere.
2000 to 3000 is a 50% increase (Duh) so i doubt buffs would add up to that amount.
personally, keep it shtum and hope that the PW:S you just cast also got increased by that amount ;)

Panik8 had an interesting thought on the subject in another thread that perhaps the PW:S Glyph heals are being affected by
Touched By The Light
.
Clearly by the description, the way I read it, it shouldnt be...but not much else can account for the difference...right?

No, this was just something that evolved from a different topic.
Entirely different

After some quick math off the results of that youtube video, it's easy to see what's happening. The Paladin's crit multipliers are being added to the shield heal.
Divinity is 5%, Imp. Devo aura is 6%, and Touched by the Light is 30%.
So you take a crit of 2000 on some non-paladin.
On a paladin, the 5% takes it to 2100, 6% more brings us to 2226. The 30% then brings it to 2893.
Apparently, in addition to being based on the target's crit chance, it also uses the target's crit modifiers for healing.
Prot paladins look unique in having crit modifiers on ALL healing done to or by them.
It might look like Divinity works both ways on this too, treating the shield's heal as both done TO them as well as done BY them.
Weird bug all around. I'm sure Blizzard knows about it, but there's no easy way to fix it without gimping paladin tanks as a whole. It's not going to work to take away that much healing that a paladin gets just because they get more on one tiny heal from one healing class' one heal from one spec.

If I were to hazard a guess it has to do with however they fixed the old prayer of mending "pre-load threat on the tanks" gimmick. ;)
Which turned into the annoying "when pom lands on first target, crits and moves on, the priest gets Inspiration proc" glitch.
