Agree with Zakhar that Watergliding Jets are useless. There is no PvE content where water is relevant, and only a few BGs where it may have value in rare circumstances.
Nitro Boosts are clearly superior in most situations, especially now that the Goblin *!@#$% acts as a backup GTFO button in case the boost sends you straight up. (BTW, I haven't seen the Nitro Boosts misfire since 5.0 went live---is it even possible anymore?)
