Pandaria Zones Low FPS

I've just entered the Pandaria zone, The Jade Forest to be exact and for some reason my fps seems lower than normal. In all other zones, I would constantly be at 60 fps but now when I entered the pandaria zone my fps fluctuates between 30-40 fps and in some areas I get 60 no problem. I've done some of the new dungeons and my fps in there is fine, but the new zone I don't know what it is that's doing this. Is anyone else experiencing this as well or no?.

I'm not playing WoW at the moment so I can't share my own experiences, but maybe there are certain effects in that (area of the) zone such as fog, smoke, or other effects that reduce your FPS?

There's a lot more detail in the enviroments this go around it seems; depending in which zone you're in could depend on your FPS. Also, the amount of players in a zone could affect it as well.
