I believe the answer is yes, and that it does apply to raid bosses. That's why all melee dps should normally be attacking the boss from behind.

Last I heard, parry haste did apply in all cases including +3 boss-types. I can't imagine but that it's still the same.

Indeed. It becomes more obvious on bosses such as Gruul where 2 hits in a row can mean insta-death for the tank. :)

Parries are also lost DPS, and bosses usually have some sort of frontal cleave or cone attack, so hopefully this is a no-brainer :)
