The Hunter nerfs make me sad. I think that they'll do this major nerf on Steady Shot, and then realize that halving the damage is
too
much (since it's THE Hunter's main damaging ability) and maybe give a slight buff up to 15% of AP rather than 10 or 20. That's what I'm hoping, anyway.

It's not halving the total damage...just the modifier.
