You can be the most skillfull player in the world, but if your shots are hitting for far less then the hunter's next to you, there's a good chance he will roflstomp you to bits.
I'm not saying unskilled players are going to win over skilled ones just because of their spec choice, but saying that if you're skilled you will out dps everything regardless of spec is just plain dumb.

Here are two changes we are going to try on the PTR.
* Arcane Shot -- mana cost lowered to the cost of Steady Shot.
* Explosive Shot -- damage increased substantially (e.g. from 260 to 520 base at rank 4), and additional scaling added to compensate. No longer deals AE damage to other targets.

I guess Survival may have a chance afterall.
