Pick Pocket

I was wondering... is Pick Pocket a spell or physical?

wowhead show it as physical, but when it fail it show up "Resist" instead of "Miss" (like Sap).

So i wonder... do i need +hit or +spell hit to prevent to fail.... or none affect it?

I'm pretty sure the resist chance is unmodified by spell/melee hit. It's pretty darn small, though... something like 5%.
