I would hope that 1 point in Omen of Clarity is more useful than 1 point in Improved Mark of the Wild.
Also, if I wasn't hit capped, I'd put the 3 in Celestial Focus into Improved Faerie Fire... I consider 3% crit and 3% hit to be better than just 3% haste... as the stun doesn't matter in raiding.

Overall i would say that Nature's Grace is the main missing thing in your spec. Comments can be made on other choices but those can be justified depending on situation/raid composition.
You might want to elaborate/discuss your rotation as that could have impacts on some talent choices.
- Nature's Grace : it's a talent with great benefits, and certainly better than a number of other talents you took (unless you are only using wrath and have lots of haste already but i'm not quite sure how realistic such a scenario is at the moment). Even if your personnal crit isn't that high, talents and raid buffs give a relatively high base crit chance so it shouldn't be skipped.
- Mana regen talents : you might have too much, though that's obviously something only you can define. Depends a lot on your rotation too so hard to say from the outside. OoC is definitely our best mana regen talent though, so as GenXCub said you might want to get 1 point in it (though i'd rather take it from another mana regen talent)
- Mark of the wild : only usefull if there aren't any resto druids in your raids.
- Nature's Focus : you might want to see how much pushback you really are going against in your raids. Also depending on rotation as it doesn't affect Starfire.
- iFF : to discuss iFF's usefulness it is really important to have a look at raid composition, it's not an individual decision. I'm going to talk about 25-man raids as they are easier in terms of expected presence of whatever spec. Adapt to your raids depending on the players you bring.
- if there's a Shadow Priest : you'll never cast FF anyway as he brings the 3% hit as part of his normal rotation (whereas it's a 3-4% dps hit for us, before the added benefits of the talent). However you can still expect to see FF being cast on the bosses by feral druids (and if there aren't then you should be doing it even without iFF for the armor reduction => threat/dps increase). In this case iFF would basically be a 3% crit increase talent on bosses.
Your choice then to see wether you prefer 3% haste or crit. (and we are talking % here and not rating, so the usual argument from haste>crit because of conversion rate does not apply)
- if there isn't a Shadow Priest, then you should take the talent for the raid dps increase it provides (if you have casters and they gear intelligently, ie are able to switch some items to adapt to the new hit cap you bring them). The fact that it gives you crit partly covers for the dps decrease casting FF causes you (not completely though) but it's not really a part of the decision.
What i mean basically is the +3% to hit is not a part of decision in my opinion. If there's a moonkin in the raid then the raid has the +3% hit. Either through an SP or through the moonkin, but it should automatically be there (unless you're the sole caster in the raid).
The choice of iFF is only individual when you have an SP to cover for the hit part and are comparing the crit benefit to benefits from other talents.
