Don't bother with Intellect, that would only gimp your other stats. Just keep stacking Strength and Stamina and that part should be fine.
Reckoning
is a pretty sweet talent for questing and grinding, but it's generally frowned upon for instances and raids because of higher chance of getting parrygibbed.
Kings isn't really worth spending points on for questing and 5-mans since you'll be using
Blessing of Sanctuary
on yourself anyway. In raid it could become necessary depending on your guild's raid setup, but you'll often have a Retribution or Holy paladin with it which would mean you can spend those 5 points on something more useful.
Ardent Defender
is awesome. It increases your effective health by up to 15%, which is pretty huge for a single passive talent. It's most effective for AoE pulls and fast hitters though, as it tends to be leapfrogged by the slow sluggers. But it's still very much worth picking up.

1) Farore has it. Don't worry about Int. Mana regeneration is worth far more than base mana pool for tankadins. Use Sanctuary, judge Wisdom, and seal Wisdom if needed.
2) Reckoning is fine at low levels, as you're using Seal of Righteousness/Wisdom to tank and both your seal and your white damage attacks are a much more significant portion of your overall damage at this time. It grows less useful for tanking later due to its ineffectiveness with SoV, the decreasing portion of your damage done through autoattacks, and how it scales inversely with gear.
Parrygib is a myth for paladins. Warriors run into it due to having nearly all of their attacks physical, and thus able to be parried. Paladins not only have fewer attacks able to be parried, but our defenses are more constant due to the nature of Holy Shield, thus reducing the spikes we take when an autoattack is parried.
3) No, it isn't. If you can find room in your build, great. If not, they'll just have to do without. I wouldn't worry about it while leveling as the talent tree is now, but opinions on this may differ
4) Ardent Defender is one of those things that's really good at higher levels of content, but not really important until then. If you aren't taking enough damage to fall down into that low health range, then don't worry about grabbing it just yet. There are plenty of good toys for you to pick up right now.
