Just keep up SnD and Rupture while doing 5cp eviscerates. Hemo every now and then to get that 5cp.
Keep in mind that build is decent for 10-mans and 25-mans.
If you want to do 5-man heroics then I would suggest to go with one of the cookie-cutter builds in the sticky.
